We are delighted to announce that ECA International, in association with our client Edrington, has been shortlisted for the 2016 FEM ‘Best Vendor Partnership’ EMEA EMMAs.
Over the past 18 months, ECA and Edrington have worked in partnership to review Edrington’s existing global mobility policies, processes and documentation. This developed a holistic view of global mobility at Edrington, creating transparency, consistency and fairness across key areas of their GM programme. Enhancements were made to maximise returns-on-investment, increase assignee satisfaction and improve departmental processes.
Edrington’s Group Head of Reward, Chris Laughlin, will also be presenting a case study on this project at the FEM Global Mobility Summit, during the Policy & Packages module on Thursday 10 November. He will discuss their transition from using inconsistently-applied procedures to developing a clearly communicated and distinct mobility policy, tailored to Edrington’s strategic priorities and employee requirements.
Just before Edrington’s case study, ECA’s Head of Consultancy, David Remedios, will share expert insight on best practice for policy and package design. The ECA team will also be on stand F5 at the Summit and we look forward to seeing everyone there.
Shortlisted nominations will be assessed by an independent judging panel. The Awards will be presented at a Gala dinner following the Summit on 11 November at the InterContinental London - The O2.
ECA is also sponsoring the award for ‘Global Mobility Professional of the Year’ at this year’s EMEA Awards ceremony.
